COACH Mehdi Kabbadj
started his body building journey as a immigrant from Morocco almost a decade ago. Through the years he has applied all his studies of nutrition and body building science to develop a name for himself as a great nutrition coach (lifestyle and body building). COACH Mehdi coached himself to become a professional bodybuilder in the summer of 2018 after years of trial and error he finally attained self mastery and enough knowledge.

COACH Dalila Alegria
started her body building journey as she started her personal training business Alegria Mind Body Soul, in 2018. She has had much success with many clients, but noticed that the ones with the biggest transformations always followed their meal plan.
JAN 2020 Coach Dee was on her search for a new coach to take her to the National level, as she had already qualified the year prior in the figure division. She found Coach Mehdi’s attention to detail and knowledge far surpassed her expectations. They began their journey as Coach and Client.
LOVEFIX Phylosophy
MARCH 2020 = Coach Dee & Coach Mehdi had their first face to face interaction which lead to a COVID year of major focus and work for nationals. With all the shows being pushed out this allowed her to develop and surpass her competition.
In December 10, 2020 she was honored with the prestigious IFBB pro card.

December 20, 2020= After working with Coach Mehdi that year Coach Dee understood how vital it is to bring on Coach Mehdi as a partner to help transform her clients faster and more effectively. She saw the need to not only combine the nutrition but the training as a part of an overall package. With her own personal transformation journey to back up his work.
January 2021: IFBB PRO Dalila (Coach Dee) and Mehdi get the keys to their new transformation facility in Gilroy, Ca.
March 2021: Doors open for business as mask mandate is removed.
March 2022: They open their doors with limited capacity to all past members that have been on the wait list.
March 2022: They open their doors to their Santa Cruz, CA LOVEFIX Location.
May 2022: Coach Mehdi wins the Palmetto Pro and Qualifies to the Olympia.
July 2022: Coach Dee Takes her first Top 5 at the Sacramento Pro Show.
July 2022: Coach Dee Takes 2nd place at the Vancouver Pro show and almost qualifies to the Olympia.
August 2022: Coach Dee Starts her off season with enough feed back from judges.
November 2022: Coach Mehdi competes in Lybia and qualifies for Olympia 2023
December 17 2022: Coach Mehdi steps on the Olympia stage.
Coach Mehdi and Coach Dee lead the group of Trainers that guide all of their LOVEFIX member’s transformational journeys. They simultaneously lead by example as their further their own body building careers.
