GETTING STARTED

The key to transforming is NUTRITION! Our first step for all of our clients is our QUESTIONNAIRE answered in detail. Depending on the coaching and training style you choose, we will need to perform a FIT ASSESSMENT. Our questionnaire is a vital component to paving the path for your results, It allows us to get to know you and establish a solid foundation.

Step 1: THE QUESTIONNAIRE

Fill out an in-depth questionnaire to let us know more about you and your journey. Answer all the questions in-depth and get set up with the perfect program for your body type, medical and exercise history, Nutrition, goals, and lifestyle.

Step 2: THE ASSESSMENT

If you just need the LOVEFIX program, we will contact you through text to give you more information and answer any questions you might have about how we work with our clients.

If you chose our small group or personal training options we will have to do a fit assessment. This is a 30min session with one of our head coaches, where we will cover your body’s current state. The coach will review mobility, strength, knowledge, structure, body composition testing and includes a functional movement screen.

Step 3: THE AGREEMENT

We will send you a DocuSign once you selected the style of training you prefer depending on your goals, preference, knowledge, schedule, and budget. Our agreements and training plan run on a 4-week reoccurring cycle.

Step 4: THE WORK

Once signed up you are ready to get started, If further explanation is needed we offer weekend classes to help you implement your program. You can come Saturdays or Sundays to ask as many questions as you may need on your specific training or nutrition program.
