The Nutrition coaching program is done through their LOVEFIX app lead by PRO Coach Mehdi and PRO Coach Dee. You will have weekly picture checking and bi-weekly accountability check ins + Your training program is set to your specific health or aesthetic goals.

All trainers can meet you at our LVFX gym’s (Gilroy or Morgan Hill) or virtually and mobile upon request.
